GENDERED EXPERIENCE

Another feminist inspired event is happening in Windsor; this time in June and put together by male! A good friend of mine, Stephen Surlin (http://anesotericagenda.blogspot.com/) is putting on an event featuring female artists, writers,and musicians.

The event takes place 9pm, June 12, at The FM Lounge, on Chatham St. (It's in the same building as the Loop), the event will cost 5$ entry and will feature an array of performers, including musical performances that will start at 10pm and visual artists who will be selling thier work.

He is currently looking for people who want to be involved, including people who would be interested in talking about "gendered experience" or anything related.

This is a great opportunity for those individuals who excel in writing and are able to better express their femininity and experiences through words. He is even open to those who are willing to perform a short play.

I encourage everyone; male or female, to come out and SUPPORT a local event like this.
